Very poor quality, received product in damage condition, support teem not replying at all. Poor support and service

The puzzle is very good made of wood, the square boundary detached just in a day, also there are bubbles on the lamination sheet which may chip off in some time nearer. Was expecting a bit more bigger in size
The side square wall is broken and size is tooo tooooo tooooo small
