Our cancellation policy provides various options for canceling different aspects of your order. Please familiarize yourself with the following cancellation procedures:

Order Level Cancellation:

You can cancel your entire order online before any product(s) have been shipped.

Upon cancellation, applicable refunds will be credited to your ToyBharat Cash Wallet or transferred to your respective bank/card/wallet as per your preference (details provided in the Refunds section below).

Orders containing products such as Guaranteed Savings Offer, Gift Certificate, or Digital Products are not eligible for order-level cancellation once any product has been shipped.

 

Product Level Cancellation:

You can cancel individual products online before they have been shipped.

Refunds for canceled products will be credited to your ToyBharat Cash Wallet or transferred to your respective bank/card/wallet.

Cancellation of a product's last item in the order will automatically cancel any associated services, such as Gift Wrap.

Products purchased through specific cart offers or discount offers may have cancellation restrictions if any product from the offer has been delivered.

 

Shipment Level Cancellation:

Shipment cancellation is available online after the products within the order have been shipped.

Refunds for canceled shipments will be credited to your ToyBharat Cash Wallet or transferred to your respective bank/card/wallet.

Shipment cancellation will cancel all products within the shipment/package.

Cancellation is not applicable if the shipment is out for delivery or if the products are shipped through India Post delivery service.

 

 

 

 

 

Combo Cancellation:

Combo cancellation can be done online through the 'Cancel' link provided against the specific combo on the order details page.

Refunds for canceled combos will be credited to your ToyBharat Cash Wallet or transferred to your respective bank/card/wallet.

Partial cancellation of products within a combo is not allowed.

If any product from a combo has been delivered, cancellation will not be applicable for the remaining products in the combo.

Combo cancellation is not applicable if single or multiple products within the combo are shipped through India Post delivery service.

 

Cancellation Fee for Furniture Products:

Furniture products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if not shipped.

After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible, and a cancellation fee of 2.5% may be applied if returned after the cancellation period.

The cancellation fee compensates for the manufacturer's time and efforts for made-to-order products.

 

Exceptions:

Some products, such as made-to-order or customized items, may have restricted cancellation timeframes or associated fees. Please refer to the product description for precise cancellation details.

 

Cancellation Rights:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.

If an order or product is canceled due to specific circumstances, such as limitations on quantities or pricing inaccuracies, the user may not be able to initiate further cancellation requests for associated items.
