Return & Replacement Policy
At ToyBharat, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and replacement policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience. Please read the following carefully to understand our guidelines:
- Return Eligibility:
- If a product is not eligible for replacement or exchange after delivery due to reasons such as the product being out of stock, return pickup unavailability, or any similar reason, you may return the product within the return period after delivery.
- Return Packaging:
- Please return the product in its original packaging, including all parts and freebies. Ensure that the product is correctly packed to prevent any damage during transit.
- Quality Control Inspection:
- At the time of pick-up, certain products may undergo doorstep quality control inspection by our courier partner. The product must meet specific parameters outlined by our quality control team to process the return request smoothly.
- Refund and Replacement Process:
- Once the original product(s) is received at our facility and passes the quality check, we will process your replacement/exchange or initiate a refund for the original product(s), as applicable.
- Shipping Charges:
- A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be levied if the customer refuses to accept the original order with products eligible for replacement/exchange only or if the customer refuses to accept the replacement/exchange product(s) after they have been shipped.
- Coupon Code/Offer:
- If products originally purchased using a coupon or offer are returned, the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order, and the benefit of the coupon/offer will not be included in the refund. However, in the case of a replacement/exchange, the replacement/exchange order will retain the benefit of the same coupon code/offer applied to the original order.
- Furniture Category:
- For products under the Furniture category, you may be eligible to return the product within 7 hours post-delivery in case of damage, defects, missing parts/components, incorrect delivery, or non-functionality.
- Free Product Offers:
- If you place a return request on a product associated with a free product offer, the free product may also get canceled if it has not been dispatched or is in transit for delivery at your designated location, even if the return request is canceled.
- Cash on Delivery (COD):
- For offers involving a free product, Cash on Delivery will not be allowed.
